1. Dairy - Yes, cheese is dairy, so is ice cream, surprisingly to most it seems, even milk chocolate contains Dairy.
2. Not quite done with Dairy yet. Yogurt is Dairy, so is whipped cream, and macaroni and cheese. Thanks for playing.
3. Still with the Dairy - anything that contains modified milk ingredients, is Dairy. Yes, you have to actually read the ingredients - sorry about that.
4. Whey powder - it's Dairy... I'm not surprised if you didn't know that one, caught me off guard too.
5. Nuts! Just all nuts OK? yes, everyone knows about peanuts, but it's also hazelnuts and almonds and... just... just assume if it's remotely nutty, it's bad.
6. Peanut butter (you'd think this was covered above, but you know.) Oh and Nutella too. The name kind of gives it away.
7. Number 6 just reminded me that Butter is Dairy - allergic to that too.
8. Eggs. Not Bacon though - thank God!.
9. Soy - [But I thought that people who are allergic to Dairy drink Soy milk instead?] No, sorry, you're thinking of lactose intolerance. [Yes, that's a milk allergy.] No it isn't. Just trust me, she's allergic to Soy.
10. Tofu - It's Soy people. Oh and Soy of some sort is in just about everything that Dairy and Eggs aren't in.
